At first I was skeptic about blogs. Like many new things, this is something you have to try and then when you feel comfortable with it you would enjoy. Kind of like when my girlfriend got her touch-screen keyboard phone, at the beginning she was unsure about change, but after all she ended loving it. All it takes is practice and patience. So here I am blogging.
I am thinking of creative ideas to blog with my students, about the lessons, about our activities in class and their interests. I can see my second graders loving it, every time I teach something related with computers they absorb it like sponges. I take advantage of that!
Now, talking about Action Research, what I read so far: outstanding! And one thing I got from Week 2 videos: You do not have to reinvent the wheel. Action Research is a practical way to collect and use information. The data is there, in most cases, is just a matter of make yourself the question and utilize the data.
